I’m totally calm about it, but the prices felt wild for what you actually get. I tried to see the value, I really did, but for me it just wasn’t worth spending that much...

"Box showed up sooo crushed"
The hat box arrived all smashed and bent, like it had been tossed around waaay too much. Disappointing to open it and see the packaging in that shape

"I bought a hat from Lack of Color..."
I bought a hat from Lack of Color and yeah, it is nice looking. The style is really cute and it pretty much looked like the photos, so no issue there.
But for the price, I was expecting it to feel more fancy or better made. The material is fine, nothing terrible, but it don’t really feel like something that should cost that much.
Shipping was okay and everything arrived fine, but I probably wouldn’t buy again unless it was on a big sale. Kinda feels like your paying more for the brand name than the actual quality.

"The hat looked good when it showed..."
The hat looked good when it showed up, so I wanted to like it. But once I wore it for a little while, it felt stiff and kind of tight, and I just couldn’t get comfortable in it. For the price, I expected it to feel better. I ended up feeling a bit passed around between liking how it looked and being annoyed every time I actually put it on. Maybe it works for someone else, but I don’t find myself reaching for it much.

I liked how it looked when I got it, but after maybe one trip or so, the brim was already bent out of shape. I was disappointed because I expected it to last a bit longer

"Not quite like the photos"
My first thought when I opened it was that the color looked off. The hat itself is nice enough, and the fit was fine, but it seemed warmer in the pictures than it does in person. I probably judged it fast because I expected it to match the photos more closely. Not awful, just a little disappointing.

I really liked how this hat looked online, but once I tried it on, the fit was just strange. It felt tight in a couple spots and oddly loose in others, so it never sat right on my head. For the price, I was expecting something that felt a lot better. i’m a little worn out from dealing with stuff that looks great online but ends up being a hassle, so this was disappointing.

"I was disappointed with this hat..."
I was disappointed with this hat. It feels cheap right out of the package, and after wearing it a little, it lose its shape way too fast. For the price, I really expected it was going to be much better quality.

"Sizing was way off for me"
I ordered my usual size after checking their size guide, and the hat still showed up way too tight. I even measured my head twice because I figured maybe I messed it up, but nope. The fit just didn’t line up with what the site was basically promising, which was frustrating.
For the price, I expected the sizing info to be a lot more reliable, not just vague “true to size” type wording that doesn’t actually help. Returning it was a hassle too, and now I’m out the time and shipping. I don’t think I’d order from Lack of Color again unless they make the size chart way more accurate.

"Am I missing something with this color?"
Am I missing something here? The hat I got looked nothing like the photos. I was expecting a beige shade, but in person it was way darker and had this weird greenish tint to it. I reached out to customer service and they basically just said colors can vary on screens, which I get to a point, but this felt far off. For the price, I was really disappointed

"I really liked how this looked..."
I really liked how this looked when it arrived, but the stitching started coming loose after only wearing it twice. Disappointing. I also tried to get help and it felt like there was no actual human to talk to, just automated responses, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Felt like the goalposts kept moving"
I reached out to customer service twice and waited way too long for any kind of reply. It felt like every time I tried to get a straight answer, the goalposts moved and I was just left hanging. The whole thing made my order way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Returns were actually kind of a hassle"
I actually liked the hat, but the return process was more annoying than I expected. It took longer than I thought, and it wasn’t super clear what I was supposed to do next. I had to keep checking for updates myself, which got frustrating. For the price, I expected the whole thing to be a little smoother. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was completely sure I wanted to keep it.

"International shipping was awful"
The overseas shipping took wayyy longer than I expected, and when I reached out to support they didnt really do much to help. I get that international orders can be slow sometimes, but this was just frustrating.
"They sent me the wrong hat twice"
I ordered a hat and somehow got the wrong one, so I figured, okay, mistakes happen. But then the replacement showed up and it was the wrong hat again. Not really sure where the mix-up is happening, but yeah, I still don’t have the hat I actually ordered
"Great styles, but the prices feel a little much"
I really like the look of Lack of Color. The hats have that clean, effortless style but still feel a bit more interesting than what you usually see. The colors are really nice too, not too bold or over the top. It actually took me a while to choose one because so many of the styles looked good. I’m giving 4 stars because, if I’m being honest, the prices do feel a bit higher than they probably need to be. Still, the designs are great and I’m happy overall.

"Looks nice, but the quality isn’t there"
I really wanted to like this hat because it looked great in the photos, but once you get it in person, you can tell the material feels cheap. It’s thin, a little flimsy, and after I wore it a few times, it already started losing its shape. For the price, you’d expect something that feels more solid and holds up better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Support not that helpful, honestly"
I had an issue with my order, and customer service took way too long to get back to me. When they finally did reply, helpful it wasn’t really. Just felt frustrating overall.

I ordered a hat and the delivery process was kind of a mess... the tracking barely updated for days, and then the expected date changed more than once. I had no clue when it was actually going to show up.
I understand that delays happen, but this felt more unreliable than usual and got frustrating. For what I paid, I expected the shipping to be a lot smoother... I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date
